Nathalie Cooke is founding editor of the Cuizine: The Journal of Canadian Food Cultures / Revue des cultures culinaires au Canada, a peer-reviewed e-journal published by McGill Library and indexed through CAB Abstracts and World Health Databases. Professor of English at McGill University, her publications focus on the shaping of taste through Canadian literature, culture, and foodways. She is currently investigating medicinal receipts and home remedies prior to 1900, with the aim of constructing an open access bibliography.
